Participation & Conduct
- Treat fellow owners with respect and avoid collusion or unfair play.

Financial Structure & Penalties
- Annual franchise fee: $125. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to join the waitlist.
- Payment deadlines: deposits are due by July 1; the balance of fees must be paid before the draft.
- Division winners earn a 100% discount on next season’s franchise fee; the S-D-World champion receives 50% of league funds.
- Late or missed payments result in fines and potential loss of roster privileges.
- Owners who quit mid‑season forfeit their fees and may be banned from future participation.
